Kildermorie (phase 2)

FBN won these commissions to design 146 new homes that will significantly improve the housing environment in Kildermorie, Easterhouse, Glasgow. We have worked closely with the clients, Easthall Park Housing Co-operative with Moriehall Housing Association, and the tenants’ group, to develop contemporary house designs, suitable for the sloping site, that will be flexible in use and achieve ‘Very Good’ EcoHome ratings. The second phase of construction was completed in Dec 2010.
