Scottish Media Group Headquarters

Scottish Media Group's new headquarters sits on a gateway site to Pacific Quay, between The Four Winds Pavilion and the South Rotunda on the River Clyde. Its arrival complements the other developments along the quayside including the Glasgow Science Centre, One Pacific Quay and the new BBC headquarters.

The 4-storey building provides a comprehensive range of technical cellular accommodation, deep open-plan offices and ancillary spaces to meet the tenant’s requirements. The east end of the building addresses the city and accommodates the main television studio spaces, conference suite and catering facilities for the 400 strong workforce.

A restrained, balanced palette of materials has been selected; natural stone and flat metal cladding panels with full height curtain walling to all open plan office areas.
