Earl Grey Building

Robertson Tayside has completed the Earl Grey building on site six of the Dundee Waterfront Development which will comprise of offices and retail units, behind the new V&A museum.

The project was procured through Scape Group’s National Major Works Framework, since superseded by Major Works Scotland, part of Scape’s National Construction framework. It was delivered by Robertson in partnership with Willmott Dixon.  Scape Group is a public sector owned built environment specialist offering a full suite of national frameworks and innovative design solutions.

Dundee Waterfront is home to a £1 billion regeneration project which has started with our development on site six. The five-storey building offers 50,000 sq ft of office space with two retail units on the ground floor.
