Leith Hall

Leith Hall
2015
KSA were delighted to be involved in work to upgrade facilities at the Grade A listed, Leith Hall, in an effort to conserve the property and facilitate its reopening for the Scottish Public.

In 2008, Leith Hall was closed to the public due to cuts in funding. Last year Leith Hall underwent phase 1 of planned upgrades to its facilities - tearoom, shop, library, catering kitchens etc. in order to expand the estate’s capabilities and enable the property to utilise its grand public rooms for use during functions. KSA worked on behalf of the National Trust for Scotland to conserve the historic fabric and sympathetically upgrading facilities to modern standards.

Through the carrying out of the enhancement work, the estate hopes to develop a sustainable income for the property ensuring it remains open for the publics’ enjoyment into the future.
