B-listed David Stow Building tops the bill at Jordanhill Park

CALA Homes have provided the first glimpse inside the refurbished David Stow Building at Jordanhill Park following its restoration.

The B-listed former teaching college has been transformed into 64 apartments set within landscaped grounds in west Glasgow.

Period features including generous 3.8m high ceilings and crittall-style windows ensure the building retains its old-world glamour with modern fixtures and fittings ensuring the building meets today's requirements.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director from CALA Homes (West), said: “The restoration work so far has been a labour of love for the team, and we’re very excited to finally invite potential buyers in to see the results, and what is on offer.

“... buyers can enjoy the period features that come with a property housed within an historic building yet featuring the specification and quality of a new build home."

Overseen by 7N Architects the £100m Jordanhill Park will deliver over 400 homes when fully complete.

First glimpse? These are the images that have been on the site hoardings for months (years?).

This feels like free advertising for Cala.
