Malcolm Group drive heritage centre expansion

Malcolm Group are proposing an extension to the Donald Malcolm Heritage Centre in Linwood, East Renfrewshire

The logistics company has appointed ECD Architects for the project, comprising a blue insulated composite extension to match the existing building.

Located at the group head office in Paisley the museum, named after the company founder, opened in 2019 at a cost of £2m and houses a collection of vehicles used throughout the company's 60-year history.

New additions will include a reception area, atrium and main entrance with parking bays for a further four historic vehicles.

The Donald Malcolm Heritage Centre is not open to the public but requests can be made to visit.

Linwood isn't in East Renfrewshire. The article also says the centre is both in Linwood and Paisley, which one is it?
