The site of an East Kilbride church has been earmarked for 13 new build flats by Dickie & Moore homes with submission of plans to South Lanarkshire Council.
Threshold Church will be demolished to make way for the Lawrence McPherson Associated designed homes, 21 parking spaces and associated landscaping for the triangular site.
Finished in buff coloured facing brick with blond sandstone details the Maxwell Drive build will be arranged over three levels with three full-height glazed stairwells.
Each two-bedroom flat will be arranged in an L-shaped block set within landscaped grounds with roads access provided off Maxwell Drive.
