Shettleston HA maintain momentum with plans for a further 40 homes

Shettleston Housing Association is to extend its supply of affordable homes with construction of 40 new build properties on the site of St Mark’s Primary School at Muiryfauld Drive, Glasgow.

A mix of cottage flats, semi-detached homes, townhouses and flats are proposed by architects Anderson Bell Christie as part of a £3.8m regeneration package for the brownfield site, which has lain empty since the school was demolished in 2012.

Faced in brick the scheme will incorporate new pedestrian routes through the site, which will be arranged around three cul-de-sac’s off Muiryfauld Drive and Edenwood Street.

The housing association is currently on-site with the conversion and extension of Old Carntyne Church to form a sheltered housing complex of 19 flats.

As fascinating as the quality of visualization. For heaven's sake - whoever is doing this please stop. Stop. You're a shame to any decent skilled gfx designer...
