Catalyst Capital LLP has announced that the Children's Hospice Association Scotland has signed up for 2,305 sq ft of office accommodation at Glasgow's Buchanan Tower.

The deal is a ten-year lease at an annual rental of £33,400 (£14.50 per sq ft). The charity plans to officially open the new office on Monday 28th July.

Roslyn Neely, Director of Fund-raising Communications at CHAS said: "We are absolutely delighted with our new office at Buchanan Tower. The layout of the office is perfect for our needs and we are really looking forward to moving in. The tower itself is located in a ideal central position, offering us excellent communications and easy access to all parts of Scotland."

Julian Perry, Portfolio Manager at Catalyst Capital LLP said: "Having invested considerable funds at Buchanan Park, we are realising the original vision we had for the scheme. We believe that we are addressing the needs of local occupiers with our refurbishment programme and the flexible tenancy agreement. As a result we have had excellent enquiries from some businesses expressing interest in the office suites and I trust that our agents can secure further lettings in the near future."
