TK Maxx set up shop in Edinburgh
August 19 2016£75m office-led development at St Andrews Square, Edinburgh, taking three floors off South St David Street.
The CDA and Hoskins Architects designed project, delivered on behalf of Standard Life Assurance, controversially led to the demolition of the B-listed Scottish Provident building by Kinimouth & Paul.
In its place a giant block of limestone and bronze has been raised on the corner site with a central colonnade intended to echo the previous structure.
Full completion is expected by the end of the year.
