Highland Croft House completes
Work to deliver a custom built family home in the Highlands has been completed by contractors Ullapool Construction on behalf of Helen Lucas Architects and David Narro Associates.

The £320k home is situated in Stoer and consists of two distinct volumes, a timber clad double height living space with green oak trusses and an adjoining rendered wing hosting twin bedrooms.

Designed to slot into its rugged environment and surrounding settlement of scattered crofts the scheme adopts a small footprint on a natural plateau.

The well insulated design incorporates air source heat pumps to minimise carbon emissions.
