Speculative Edinburgh office build completes
A £10m speculative office development offering 26,380sq/ft of Grade A space to tenants has been completed at 145 Morrison Street, Edinburgh.

Located in the Exchange district close to Haymarket Station the scheme has been designed by Michael Laird Partnership on behalf of Europa Capital and Ediston Properties.

Achieving a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating the scheme is being marketed to single occupiers or multiple tenants over five floors of accommodation.

Faced with metal framed curtain walling around a recessed atrium the scheme opens onto a central atrium with floor to ceiling glazing with rear elevations faced in red brick.
