Miller Homes progress Varcity North development
Miller Homes have begun work on the second of five apartment blocks on the site of the former Telford College, Edinburgh.

Designed by CDA Architects Belford Campus will forms part of the Varcity North development and comprises an L-shaped building offering a range of one and two bed apartments.

Located to the north of Princes Street the site became available following the College’s departure to a new campus on Granton Waterfront.

This allowed for conversion of the B listed art deco main college building together with insertion of new residential apartments within the grounds.

These adopt a 'simple architectural language' of white rendered walls and horizontal roof parapet edges.
A total of 209 new build apartments will ultimately be provided
