Flats conversion plans tabled for historic Edinburgh villas
Kenneth Reid Architects have submitted plans on behalf of Period House Development Co to redevelop redundant office space at Colinton Road Edinburgh to form 11 new flats.

The development will see a new glazed link built to connect two existing properties with the smaller extended to bring it into scale with its neighbour.

Historic Scotland has been notified of the planned work and will make their recommendations prior to September 15.

So, the smaller unit is extended to bring it into scale with it's neighbour, is it? And in the process is completely f**ked. What a horrendous scheme, and appalling standard of drawing to boot.
