3DReid and Skypark have submitted plans to refurbish the existing entrance ramp and podium to Glasgow’s Skypark business hub.

They call for a full resurfacing of the asphalt podium area with natural granite setts and granite aggregate together with new lighting columns and illuminated bollards.

This theme is continued with a series of new signage bearing ceramic granite walls whilst horizontal timber cladding will spruce up the centre’s multi storey car park.

The works presuage efforts to transform the edge of centre office complex into a 'business hotel complex' by the Moorfield Group and esonance Capital.

Separate proposals will see creation of a new entrance and canopy to create a cleaner and clearer glass frontage to the east.
