Tweaked parkland office campus ushers in green working

A verdant workspace campus in west Edinburgh billed as a new breed of office environment has been submitted for planning with minor design revisions.

Edinburgh Green emphasises the well-being of workers by setting six new office buildings within garden grounds complete with sports facilities and a cafe/events pavilion.

Specified to attain zero operational carbon by 2030, an EPC A rating, a BREEAM Excellent accreditation and meet the WELL Gold standard the buildings promise to be as healthy as their occupants.

Designed by 7N Architects and OP-EN on behalf of Shelborn Asset Management the outdoor-oriented office campus is arranged around a large public park to provide a natural backdrop to office life.

Cross-campus connectivity will be provided by threading multiple accessible routes through this space as well as opening up the site perimeter off Redheughs Avenue to encourage public adoption of the landscape.

A planning application is currently going through the process of validation. Visualisations by DAAKO.
