Austin Smith Lord’s residential scheme for Charing Cross Housing Association is now on site at Hill Street, Glasgow.

It has been a long steep climb to advance this far but steelwork has now topped out on the £5.2m project which will eventually provide 42 homes for people on low incomes.

The seven storey glass, render, timber and metal builds will help rejuvenate a constrained and run down site, offering their occupants unrivalled views across the west end.
