Seaforth House completes £2m refurb
Jones Lang LaSalle report that the art deco Seaforth House at Hillington Park is now ready for occupation  Citylink Development Company Ltd have invested £2 million in refurbishing the building which now features large areas of glazing, a double height glazed entrance and DDA compliance.

Seaforth House offers over 15,000 sq ft of office space over two floors and has the potential to be subdivided into 1,500; 5,000; or 7,600 sq ft offices. The property also benefits from 44 car parking spaces and is on the market at a rental of £15 per sq ft.

Jacqui Morton from Jones Lang LaSalle said: "Hillington's central location means that it benefits from good public transport links and is only minutes away from Glasgow airport, Braehead and the city centre.
"The high quality of finishes, attention to detail and good levels of natural light make the property an attractive alternative to the city centre. Seaforth House could as easily be a headquarters building as a high quality multi-tenanted office and either way will provide a lovely working atmosphere."
