Good view at Braeview, East Kilbride, reports Jones Lang LaSalle

Glasgow, 25 July 2008 - Castlebridge Properties has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to market Braeview House, a refurbished office development in East Kilbride.

Braeview House, Braeview Place, offers a range of office space - from 35 sq m (380 sq ft) to 169 sq m (1,820 sq ft) - across four separate office units. Each office suite also benefits from five car parking spaces.

Neil Ritchie from Jones Lang LaSalle's Office Agency team said: "The fully refurbished offices can be let either as single units or combined to create a larger 5,200 sq ft space. With quoting rentals of £12.50 per sq ft, this development is likely to attract considerable interest."
