Glasgow commercial trio secures £7m of investment
Ambassador LB has committed to invest £7m across three commercial office buildings in Glasgow, delivering 60,000sq/ft of Grade A office space in the process.

The partnership between Ambassador Group and ICG-Longbow will deliver improved digital infrastructure to the Ink Building, Hanover House and the Forsyth Building (formerly RWF House), bringing all three in line with current market expectations.

Chris Richardson, Ambassador Group’s investment director, explained: “The enhancement programme across our portfolio will directly respond to the needs and wants of modern businesses. It is testament of our desire to cater for forward-thinking occupiers and set new standards in Glasgow.

“At Ink, we have earmarked £3m for a new roof, glazing, lifts, reception and façade improvement works.”

The largest of these will be the Ink Building on Douglas Street, subject to a revised planning application from Stallan-Brand to deliver 40,000sq/ft of refurbished accommodation when complete early next year.

Is it the before or after images? Looks like a 1980s build.
