Dundee affordable housing drive brings 43 new homes
CCG have partnered with Abertay Housing Association to propose bringing 43 affordable homes to the former Charleston Primary School site in Dundee.

The energy efficient homes have been designed by Oliver and Robb with Scott Bennett Associates who propose building a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes alongside cottage flats with ground floor wheelchair access.

CCG director Calum Murray wrote: “CCG’s approach to housing delivery has been broadly based in the central belt of the country however in recent years, we have branched further afield to areas such as Perth and Dundee as the country strives to meet the Government’s 2021 housing target.”

Each timber frame home will be built using CCG’s proprietary off-site manufacturing system at its Cambuslang factory.
