CCG progress first phase of Craigmillar Town Centre
CCG are on track to deliver 111 affordable homes as part of the first phase of delivery at Craigmillar Town Centre, Edinburgh, scheduled to be handed over by early 2018.

Commissioned by Dunedin Canmore the Halliday Fraser Munro scheme herald’s delivery of a new neighbourhood centre comprising retail, a public square and retail park.

CCG Director, Calum Murray commented: “The Craigmillar Town Centre Masterplan is a project for the long term as we hope to deliver a further 194 homes at Craigmillar in 2018.”

Each timber frame property has been delivered onsite complete with insulation, wall linings, windows and doors already in-situ, allowing the entire development to be made wind and water tight in just 29 weeks.

CCG are to progress a similar project at Greendykes next summer.
