Urban Union is inviting prospective purchasers to view its brand-new show home at Muirton in Perth, delivered in partnership with Caledonia Housing Association and Fairfield Housing Co-operative.

A three-bed villa with rear garage the property is the first of 203 affordable and private homes to be delivered on the estate through to the end of 2018, just a short hop from the city centre on the site of St Johnstone Football Club’s old ground.
