Jones Lang LaSalle completes let of monteith house

Jones Lang LaSalle, on behalf of Alliance Trust, has successfully let the sixth floor office at Monteith House, George Square, Glasgow to recruitment and management specialists Munro Consulting.
The floor has been let on a 10 year lease at a rental of £21.50 per sq ft, resulting in the property becoming fully let.
Neil Ritchie from Jones Lang LaSalle's Office Agency team said: "George Square is a prestigious location in the central business district of Glasgow. The upgrade and refurbishment of Monteith House has attracted considerable interest in the property and we are delighted to see the building fully let ".
