Muse showcase finalised Marischal Square design
Muse has showcased finalised designs for their £107m Marischal Square development after confirming the ratio of glass to granite on the city centre scheme.

The finalised scheme will place greater emphasis on the 16th century Provost Skene’s House by creating a pedestrianised landscaped environment around it.

Upon completion the project will offer 173,500sq/ft of office space, 26,600sq/ft of ground floor retail and leisure and a 126-bed, four star hotel.

Muse director Stephen Turner said: “Marischal Square will be a keystone of the vision of the council’s City Centre Masterplan proposals, providing a new civic square for Aberdeen and creating an enhanced setting for Marischal College.

“Muse and its experienced advisors are confident of having tenants taking up space within the Grade ‘A’ office accommodation by the summer of 2017.”

Contractor Morgan Sindall is in process of delivering the Halliday Fraser Munro designed scheme which is scheduled for completion in July 2017.
