Oil and gas services firm Tetra Technologies has announced it has taken a 20,000sq/ft pre-let at Aberdeen Gateway Business Park for its new HQ.

Built by Muir Group the office and industrial park occupies 45 acres of land to the south of the city

Katherine Monro, partner at letting agents Knight Frank, said:  “Gateway is already a well established business park but the latest pre-let agreements represent the next stage in its development and underlines the key role it has to play in servicing the continued demand we are experiencing in the north-east.”

Tetra will move into the new office space this June.
