Loretto Housing Association submit Balgrayhill plans
Loretto Housing Association has submitted plans for a new build residential development on Belmont Road, Glasgow.

Designed by MAST Architects with main contractor CCG the 49 home scheme occupies the site of the former Marie Curie Centre and comprises five flatted blocks of between two and four storeys.

All properties will be affordable owing to low private demand and will be composed of facing brickwork with coloured cladding panels and render.

ERZ landscape architects have been tasked with bedding the development down into its wider context through low maintenance planting and a communal garden.
Each block has been oriented to maximise elevated views toward the Campsie Hills

This is an urban design and architecture website that aggregates many articles on new building projects across the country.

You are probably best off contacting Loretto directly.
