The 1,850sq/ft outlet, built by the Walker Group and fitted out by Costa, was designed by GD Lodge Architects (also responsible for Broomielaw Quay) and features indoor and outdoor seating for around 100 people alongside the A82.
David Hastings, Chief Executive of Strathleven Regeneration C.I.C, added: “This gateway to and from Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park will become the place of choice for the millions of people travelling on the A82 to break their journeys."
Building work is underway on the first of 338 homes planned for the green field site, anchored by BBC Scotland’s studios. Also incorporated within the £100m estate is a Premier Inn hotel, office space and an Aggreko manufacturing plant.
