Tenants sought for Ardrossan Quayside development
Irvine Bay have begun marketing their latest addition to Ardrossan’s waterfront – a mixed use scheme comprising offices, a hotel, retail and restaurant accommodation.

Occupying a former surface car park the Quayside development is being designed by Austin-Smith:Lord are designing the scheme which is awaiting planning permission.

Marketing to potential hotel operators and developers is continuing, the results of which will determine the make-up of phase 1 works.

The development forms part of a wider plan to develop Ardrossan North Shore, including the extension of an existing marina as part of a 10 year, £70m masterplan to rejuvenate the harbour area with new homes, offices and public space.
