The £75m mixed use scheme which will see demolition of an existing multi storey car park and Sovereign House, an abandoned office block.

They will make way for a new supermarket, shops, offices, leisure facilities and homes at the heart of Norfolk’s northern area action plan.

Subject to planning the scheme could start on site by the end of this year ahead of full completion in autumn 2014.
