Official launch beckons for Holmes Renfrew Health Centre
Holmes are gearing up for an official unveiling of their latest healthcare project this month after the practices Renfrew Health and Social Work centre opened its doors to staff and patients.

Designed as a ‘one stop shop’ the centre brings together NHS and Renfrewshire Council services in a single build. A move inspired by the Scottish Futures Trust Hub initiative which aims to make economies and promote collaboration within the public sector.

The £11m facility has been designed to be as non institutional as possible by adopting a light and airy feel throughout with glazed entrances and a triple height glazed circulation route.

A feature of the building is a foyer artwork created by Glaswegian artist Toby Paterson. The large scale wall painting illustrates a ‘snapshot’ of Renfrew as it currently exists, a subjective and surprising interpretation of everyday scenes.
