Thomas and Adamson have been appointed as project managers by Edinburgh Military Tattoo Ltd to manage the replacement of the current stands, to be put in place for the 2011 event.

Key to the project is a reduction in the period required for erection and dismantling and an enhancement of the customer and hospitality experience through more comfortable seating, increased leg and elbow room and better access for all.

The new stands will provide a minimum of 8,600 seats that can also be utilised for concerts and events.
