Aberdeen based workplace design experts, Space Solutions, have clinched potentially their biggest ever contract after being appointed to a unique Framework Agreement with commercial landlord, Mapeley Estates.

Space Solutions have been appointed as unique supplier to refurbishment work on Mapeley’s Scottish portfolio for the next four years, a source of some pride and optimism for the company.

The team operates on a UK wide basis to design, build, fit out, refurbish and relocate modern and productive business environments.

Managing Director Steve Judge said: “This win brings the percentage of public sector up to around 30% of all our professional work.  And if the contract develops as projected, this will require us to recruit additional architectural and space planning resources in the central belt.”

Work on the first collaborative project under the Framework Agreement is expected to begin immediately.
