Miller Cromdale commence work on Aberdeen office development
Miller Cromdale has announced it has commenced work on a 40,000sq/ft grade A office development on Aberdeen’s North Esplanade West after signing a £16m forward funding deal with Tritax.

The Halliday Fraser Munro designed scheme has been custom designed for occupation by GDF Suez on a 15 year lease, providing accommodation for 200 staff over five storeys – consolidating GDF’s existing estate.

Mansell has been appointed as main contractor and the scheme is intended to attain a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, one of only a few in the city to achieve such an accolade.

Pamela Grant, development director, Miller Cromdale, said: “North Esplanade West is a prime office location offering views across the River Dee, and this latest development further complements the work that we have been involved in to regenerate the North Dee Business Quarter.”
