GL Hearn and Paul Devine Property Consultants have begun marketing Shepherd Developments redevelopment of 21 West George Street, Glasgow.

Both agents are on the hunt to find anchor tenants to lease 17,400sq/ft of space at the redeveloped site over two units spread over ground, mezzanine and basement levels.

The new build solution will entail demolition of the existing Dale House to accommodate the new retail, alongside a 124 bed apart hotel on upper levels.

Formerly home of the Royal Bank of Scotland branch the property is immediately adjacent to both George Square and Queen Street Station.
