Urban Union has launched the latest phase of its Pennywell Living development in Edinburgh with the release of a range of apartments and terraced properties.

The third phase element takes the form of a four-storey block above ground-floor retail fronting a flagstone public square off Pennywell Road, with further phases set to deliver a library and offices.

Designed by Barton Willmore the homes form the latest element of a 770 home masterplan for the former Pennywell and Muirhouse Civic Centre, half of which will be classed as affordable, which is scheduled to complete by 2023.
