Cullross Ltd and Caledonia Housing Association have fleshed out their plans for a development of 57 affordable homes in the Hilltown area of Dundee.
Supplanting a disused engineering works off Alexander Street the residential development is being spearheaded by JM Architects who recenbtly filed a planning application following close of consultations.
Emma Garry development director at Cullross said: “We recently completed homes at the end of Alexander Street on Dens Road, so we know the area well and are keen to contribute in any way we can to the regeneration of Alexander Street.”
Andrew Kilpatrick, asset director at Caledonia Housing Association added: “The site provides an ideal location for a mix of low cost home ownership and high quality affordable rent homes and reaffirms Caledonia’s commitment to work with Dundee City Council to provide homes and services that make life better.”
