Situated on the south bank of the Water of Leith off Newhaven Road the scheme will be built to a density of 146 units per hectare arranged over three blocks of up to five storeys.

“The proposals aim to create a positive landmark at the prominent junction of Newhaven Road and the Water of Leith, with a development which is in keeping with the local setting and in compliance with planning guidance.”
An area of open space will be retained to serve as an amenity for residents offering a landscaped seating area with river views, the majority of occupiers will also have their own external balcony or terrace.
