Drawn up by JM Architects the plans have been conceived to maximise amenity space and provide appropriate context to the Kelvin Walkway, with each home enjoying an open aspect out across the river.
Every home will have its own private garden together with a shared social space to the rear with three bedroom properties also featuring a private roof terrace.
Bigg director Steve Dunlop, said: "It was clear from previous phases at Maryhill Locks that there is huge demand from the local area and neighbouring West End for three and four bedroom homes – these 33 homes are designed to cater to that demand and underline that Maryhill Locks is now synonymous with the provision of quality, affordable new housing in a thriving waterside Glasgow community.”
Previous phases of the canalside development have been delivered by Nord, Hypostyle and Elder & Cannon.
A start on site is expected to be made by late spring 2017.
