Consultations held for proposed 1,100 place Perth secondary
Architects behind a proposed new school within Perth’s Bertha Park development have staged a community consultation event outlining their approach to the 1,100 pupil high school.

The informal consultation process presages a gull planning application for the build which has been necessitated by the needs of a growing local population, prompting Perth & Kinross Council to invest £145m in its school estates through to 2023.

The Norr designed school will occupy 4.67 hectares of land within the Bertha Park masterplan area, including two all-weather floodlit pitches.

When complete the wider masterplan will include community facilities, employment land, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure.
Extensive public realm will knit the school into the new community
