Dyer says да угодите to Moscow

May 20 2008

Dyer architects have announced that they have opened their first dedicated office in Eastern Europe in Moscow. The company, which already has offices in Cheltenham, Edinburgh, Paris, Madrid, New York, Dallas and Dubai say the opening of a Moscow office signifies a long-term commitment to working in the Russian Federation and surrounding countries.

BG Developments have retained Dyer to provide full design team services for combined shopping and leisure centres in the cities of Cheboksary and Omsk, and Dyer say that design work is also progressing on a 100,000m2 mixed use project for Zvyozdniy in Zhukovskiy near Moscow., which will comprise three landmark towers incorporating retail outlets, offices and a total of 225 flats.

The final two projects in Dyer’s current Russian portfolio are: a 90,000m2 retail-led project in Orel and an apartment building on the banks of the Moskva in central Moscow. Meanwhile, the practice is actively pursuing further opportunities with a number of other developers throughout the Russian regions and Asia.
