Aberdeen office refurbishment completes
CDA Architects have completed the refurbishment and extension of a dated Aberdeen office block to form 48,500sq/ft of modern accommodation.

The Huntly Street property has been overhauled through demolition of its original entrance core for replacement with a three-storey glazed atrium together with a complete overhaul of building services.

Katherine Monro, a partner in the Aberdeen office of Knight Frank, said: “Whilst the current climate in the oil and gas industry will have an impact on the market, we expect to see flexible space in prime locations to continue to be sought after.“

Now re-branded as AB1 the property was delivered as a joint venture between Aberdeen Asset Management and Manse.
