Hazledene Estates has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Satrosphere centre on Justice Mill Lane in Aberdeen.

The £60 million project has been designed by Richard Murphy Architects and will feature over 12,000 square metres of office space, parking spaces and a 160 bedroom hotel.

Richard Murphy said: “We are confident that together with Hazledene, we can produce a high quality development that will be a welcome addition to the city of Aberdeen and act as a catalyst in the regeneration of this area of the city.”
