Hazledene secures planning permission for Satrosphere site
June 27 2007Hazledene Estates has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Satrosphere centre on Justice Mill Lane in Aberdeen.
The £60 million project has been designed by Richard Murphy Architects and will feature over 12,000 square metres of office space, parking spaces and a 160 bedroom hotel.
Richard Murphy said: “We are confident that together with Hazledene, we can produce a high quality development that will be a welcome addition to the city of Aberdeen and act as a catalyst in the regeneration of this area of the city.”
