Kincardine’s last tower block bites the dust
Dem Master have begun clearing the rubble that is all that remains of Kincardine’s last tower block following its weekend demolition.

This will allow Kingdom Housing Association to commence work on the next phase of their regeneration plan for the area, delivering new low-rise housing designed by Oliver and Robb Architects.

Ramsay Court was the last of a trio of blocks which once stood in the town after neighbouring Kincairne and Sandeman Courts were blown up in 2010.

The three tower blocks contained 181 properties and are being replaced by 81 social and mid-market rent homes.
