sasanbell have completed the 12 weeks pre-planning consultation period for the Custom House hotel in Clyde Street Glasgow.

The Custom House Hotel has already secured a major international operator and programmed to be open for the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

Rising to14 storey, 200 bed hotel comprises a new build block which houses all the bedrooms, gym and conference facilities.

The Grade A listed Custom House will be converted to provide the front of house, bar, restaurant and other meeting rooms.

It is anticipated that the planning application will be submitted in autumn of this year with construction starting on site in the New Year.

As well as Custom House Hotel sasanbell are also involved in a new Community Centre for Inverkip and modernisation of a nine storey office in Glasgow City centre.
