Clatty’s listed?

September 20 2004

The notoriously tacky Glasgow nightclub Cleopatras, famous for its reputation as a pick-up joint, has been recommended for B-listed status by Historic Scotland. The nightclub, nicknamed Clatty Pat’s, is contained within a 1930s Art Deco style building on Great Western Road, which also houses Hubbard’s pub. The main façade features terracotta tiles and leaded glass decoration.
