Parr Partnership\'s plans for Dundee City Quay

October 15 2004

The Parr Partnership has applied for planning permission for two significant expansions to Dundee’s City Quay.

Southern Wharf will see 252 flats and townhouses built on land currently occupied by a car park east of the Apex Hotel. The second development is a residential conversion of Shed 25, the oldest transit shed on the Dundee waterfront, and the Clock Tower, between Victoria and Camperdown Docks, in partnership with Simpson & Brown. Shed 25 will be converted into luxury apartments, and the Clock Tower into loft-style apartments by Simpson & Brown. There will also be a new build element to this scheme.
