Bradford Robertson win Lomondgate consent
Planning permission has been granted for a £20m manufacturing facility at Lomondgate, Dumbarton designed by Bradford Robertson architects.

Aggreko, a provider of temporary power and temperature control systems, will relocate to the 185,000sq/ft plant and office facility to accommodate its growing business, boosting the local employment market.

Lomondgate is a 120 acre development on vacant land on the suburban fringe of Dumbarton and includes BBC production studios.

It is being developed by Strathleven Regeneration Company, a collaboration between Diageo, Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire and West Dunbartonshire Council.
