Hypostyle unlock Maryhill’s potential
Hypostyle Architects have submitted a planning application have submitted a planning application for the development of 125 new homes on behalf of Maryhill Housing Association.

Located on a brownfield site on Gairbraid Avenue, Glasgow, the plan constitutes the second phase of a wider masterplan for the Maryhill Locks area which is currently seeing development around an area known as the Botany.

The scheme will contain a variety of homes ranging from terraces, cottage flats and flats with each accommodating between two and eight people.

A mix of properties for both sale and social rent will be provided.
