Description:
Rebranding and improvements to upgrade Craigleith Retail Park into a Shopping Park, including a 45,000sqft extension, with full mezzanine cover. Historically the site was a quarry from which a significant proporation of stone for Edinburgh's New Town was obtained.
Innovations & Added Value:
Elegant, contemporary design of high specification to attract fashion-based occupiers with a strong architectural concept that expresses the new identity of the park creating a recognisable design that works well for the new units and for future remodelling of the existing units.
